Ideal game dev fund division

I was wondering how much of a production profit should go to the idea founder.

Like I have an idea but don't know how to put it in code etc.

I am thinking it would be a good idea for those of you dividing up your profit on a project to hire people that will then divide up their share to other developers as a team leader.

Ive seen alot of Up and downs for this kind of payment...

Some say a one off or a percent over sales time

70 - to makers 
30 - distributors and marketers

others quote lower and higher... Guess its how much it effect the game/ future of it
