Not necessarily for commercial purpose. This one for instance is a battlefield 2 model, you can use as placeholder but definitely not commercially in any aspect. This is a forum open to the public, meaning that people can open threads and post models of whatever they like, although we do not support ripped models here, as long as the publisher of the thread isn't trying to sell it/ and specifies it's ripped and can be just used as placeholder/personal then it's fine to use it as that in your game. To be completely sure if any model here can be used as commercial it's best to contact the original poster themselves and ask.

If you are a developer and want to publish a game you also have to make sure not to use anything that is not purchased or developed independently.
