but the new hand texture does not seem to work in unity.

I get the following error please can somebody help me:

The animation state walkinganimation2 could not be played because it couldn't be found!
Please attach an animation clip with the name 'walkinganimation2' or call this function only for existing animations.
UnityEngine.Animation:Play(String, PlayMode)
walkingscript:Update() (at Assets/Scripts/walkingscript.js:6)

I'm not an expert, but the error says it all. In the script you didn't put the name of the animation you want to use.

If you used tutorial 3 for it you should go to tutorial 5 because MisterNinjaBOy (UnityNinja) explains how to do it at the end.
