How do I make a basic terrain?

When I use Unity, I try to use models I created with blender, but those break or become extremely buggy . I don't see any other way to make a terrain

In Unity, head to the GameObject tab at the top next to Assets and Component.
Next press 3D Game Object.
Under the selection, you want to click Terrain.

This will create a terrain game object for you to customize in the Inspector window.
You can import, export your design.
Use brushes for texture.
