How to have package? (Beginner here)

I would like to ask why my Unity doesn't have these packages? (screenshot second image)
And how can I obtain them? Thanks a lot swifty ninjas!

Hey,
Yeah for some reason it has been a problem across many users including me after the release of unity 5.
You still should have the packages, but you gotta find it in the unity folder. This is where mine is and likeley yours too: http://prntscr.com/7rxxch

Yeah, nice catch, found these right after you mentioned them. However, I'd like to see Unity put back in those standard packages for import even after you created a project.
