Unity splash screen

Hi,

I want to start with, I have Unity Pro.

so what i want to do here is to replace unity splash screen with my own custom image.

what i can do so far is to remove the splash screen, then add a scene with my image and a camera rendering it. which in turn causes a black screen to show up for almost 3-4 seconds. which is not up to my requirement.

i want to replace that blank screen with my custom image.

Please help!!

Note: Its a unity standalone application.
