[HELP PLEASE]Why this happens???

I have a problem with any Game Made on UNity, i mean an already compiled game. The character moves by itself. I made this video so you can see what is happening. The problem is the size on the input Project Settings. Watch the video, please and help me

It´s no UNity. It is the system. I uninstalled Unity and the problem still going on. Unplugged my keyboard and opened a game and my character moves. It is Obviously the system itself. How i can fix that???
