Need Help with a epic project

I need help developing a PC game. I will be needing people with talents in:

1. Programming,
2.Art and Concept art "must have decent drawing skills and like drawing a lot or have dedication to draw exactly what asked of the artist"
3. 3d modeler- "must be able to consistently 3d model different ideas, model consistently"
4. environmental artist- "must be willing to 3d model"


all members spend a decent amount of time collaborating on design ideas for each game, mostly contributing their input. and being open to other's ideas, It may be that your ideas may be hard pressed to be heard, if the team is to work we must agree on stuff!
