Dude, i used that asset... because it's free...
all the resources used are free 2 use.
and my Post-Apo city =/= Destroyed City

personnaly its not a problem for me , do that you want , share , modify ...its not a crime and no one is hurt as its free asset , but you should give a credit at the asset author you use also i think as they took also time to make it and share it for free
im not the web policeman lol but that more fair for them...

im new but not super new to this im looking for a guy to go in with me on a survival game with or with out zombs thr mean out look of my game is gonna be pvpv survival open world i maybe want like bears / dogs/ zombles if i can msg me if you want to go in with me
