Great job on your horror game!
However, you should add a little more randomness on your ai.
(Unless the gameplay in the video was just an unlucky death)

And for people who are going to use this, you should add to
the atmosphere.

And also, add fog. A horror game is clearly more "scarier" when you
see just see a silhouette type figure, and then add the actual model when it
attacks.
